AI visibility · the scan
What does ChatGPT say about your business?
And the question behind it: what percentage of your search market do you actually own? Almost no business owner can answer that. The AI visibility scan answers it with a measurement instead of an opinion: every question your customer might ask, actually measured on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google, including AI Overviews.

Why this matters now, measured on 28 August 2026
These are our own figures, not a client's. We ran the scan on ourselves first and are publishing the outcome, precisely because it's low. That way you know exactly what you're buying.
The measurement
Your entire search market on one map
The scan maps out your visibility map: everywhere a customer can find you, in three layers.
The searches with purchase intent in your market: category, comparisons, alternatives, cost. For each search we measure your position, and whether an AI Overview appears above the results, and who is mentioned in it.
AI assistants
The same purchase intent your customer puts to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity, including the trust question: "is this company reliable?" Every question is genuinely asked and every answer recorded, with model name and reference date.
The sources
AI answers lean on external sources: trade media, listicles, reviews, communities. For each answer, we record which websites fed it and how often each one recurs. That list, sorted by frequency, is the work list for afterwards.
What the scan sees of this The scan measures all three, but not equally deeply. Of your technology it sees the most: what a machine can read on your site is fully measurable. Of your answers it sees the baseline measurement, and only the re-measurement a month later shows whether publishing works. Of your presence with others it delivers a work list rather than a verdict: which sources feed your market, and how often AI uses them. What you do with that is the work afterwards. How these three relate to each other, and what we're willing to promise per part, is on the AI visibility overview.
Delivery
What you get
The scan is the baseline measurement against which all later work is assessed, and the test of whether that work is worthwhile. That's why it's the mandatory first step: we never start without a measurement.
- Your visibility map: every search query and AI question where a customer could find you, across Google and the AI platforms
- The ownership measurement: one percentage stating which part of that map you currently own, and who holds the positions you don't
- The source categorisation of your market: how often AI cites trade media, comparison sites, communities and agencies, and where your own site stands among them
- Your TAZM score alongside that of the strongest player in your market, as a baseline measurement for every subsequent measurement
- An honest fit assessment: is there demonstrably something to gain here, and are we the right party for it
The fit check works both ways: if we don't see a demonstrable opportunity, we'll say so and advise against continuing. You keep the report either way.
How it works
Three steps, five working days
- 1
The conversation, with a measurement built in
One hour. We ask ten questions about your market and do the first measurement on the spot: we ask ChatGPT the questions your customer would ask, with you sitting alongside. You see the outcome yourself.
- 2
The measurement
We build your visibility map and actually measure every question, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, plus the Google results including AI Overviews. Our own baseline measurement involved 190 measurements in a single day.
- 3
The report and the verdict
Within five working days: your score, the map, the source categorisation and the five actions with the greatest impact. Plus the fit verdict, either way. Every figure carries its own reference date.
After that
If there's mutual fit: AI visibility
If the scan shows there is something to gain, we apply AI Visibility to your business: €995 per month, minimum 3 months, with a re-measurement against your baseline measurement every month. The scan will then effectively have been free: the amount is fully deducted.
Frequently asked questions
About the scan
What is the visibility map?
The visibility map is the complete list of search queries and AI questions with which a customer can find your business: Google searches, questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and the external sources that feed those answers. The scan measures, for each part, whether you appear, and if not, who does.
What is the TAZM score?
TAZM stands for Total Addressable Search Market. The TAZM score is a single number from 0 to 100 that summarises what share of your search market you own: the average of four components (Google visibility, AI visibility, third-party authority and commercial coverage), where only what has actually been measured counts. Our own baseline measurement came out at TAZM 7.1 across 2 of 4 components, reference date 28 August 2026; we publish this openly.
How do you measure what ChatGPT answers?
We actually ask every question on the map to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, with web search switched on, and record for each answer whether you're mentioned, at what position, and which sources fed the answer. Every measurement gets a reference date and the model name, because AI answers change from day to day.
Can you guarantee I'll appear in ChatGPT?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. AI answers differ per session and nobody owns the algorithm. We don't promise positions; we promise a yardstick, and let the before and after measurements do the work.
What if there's nothing to gain for my business?
Then we say so, and we advise against continuing ourselves. The scan is explicitly also a fit check, both ways. You simply keep the report and the map; they are useful even without a follow-up. If you do continue, the €695 is fully deducted.
