At this setting an own stack with management costs more than you pay now. Then our advice is not to do it, and we say so in the call too.

On Hetzner servers in the EU, in Germany and Finland. Not in the US, not on a platform you have never heard of. On a server you hold the key to.
You and your team. We can, for as long as you want us to, and no longer. There is no third party reading along and no data being resold.
Everything stays where it is, because it is on your own infrastructure. You have the documentation, the accounts are in your name, and the software is open source.
